Dr. Mordecai recently presented on developing an executive brand and digital presence at the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities’ La Academia, where he has served as a faculty member for the past four years.
Speaking to aspiring college presidents and higher education executives, Brownlee emphasized integrity as the foundation of leadership. He encouraged participants to recognize how their personal conduct shapes their institutional service and credibility.
“Leaders are the institutional mission in motion,” Brownlee shared. “How we govern ourselves each day should reflect the mission we represent and elevate the impact and transformation our colleges make possible.”
Brownlee expressed gratitude to HACU and the Community College of Aurora for the continued opportunity to contribute to the development of future higher education leaders.
